What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare banquet rooms to our high standards before each event
• Set tables with linens, china, flatware, and glassware
• Serve plated meals, buffets, appetizers, desserts, and beverages professionally
• Anticipate guest needs before they have to ask
• Keep tables neat by clearing plates and refreshing beverages throughout the event
• Work closely with our banquet captains, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to ensure every event runs seamlessly
• Reset rooms efficiently for upcoming events
• Help create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed and cared for

• Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are dependable and arrive on time
• Can stay organized during busy events
• Work well as part of a team
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Can comfortably lift trays and remain on their feet during events
• Are available evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

Previous banquet or restaurant experience is appreciated, but we're happy to train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
