The Role:

• Assignment duration: 6 - 12 months
• Shift Type: Day Shift. Shift times: 07:00 A-05:30 P. 10 hours required.
• In House Call: Not Needed
• Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Preferred
• Weekend - On Call (Pager): Preferred
• Holiday (Call): Preferred
• Cases: General, Ortho, Urology
• OT: Not expected but offered.
• Site Charting System: Epic.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: No
• Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
