Pay Package: $3,434 per week Shift: 12 hour day or night shift (48/48) Required Skills Active Colorado RN license or compact license BLS certification (AHA) Minimum of 1 year recent acute psychiatric experience Strong CPI / de‑escalation skills Comfortable managing high‑acuity behavioral patients Ability to work 12‑hour day or night shifts Flexibility to start roles on rolling dates Nice to Have Skills Experience in behavioral crisis stabilization and medication management Excellent therapeutic communication and de‑escalation skills Preferred Education and Experience Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred) At least 2 years of relevant psychiatric nursing experience in inpatient settings Other Requirements Willingness to undergo background check as per state law Ability to work unsupervised in a security‑supported environment Strong interdisciplinary teamwork and clinical autonomy #J-18808-Ljbffr
