Healthcare Position

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position requiring a dedicated healthcare professional to provide essential services. The ideal candidate will possess strong qualifications and a passion for patient care.

Schedule

The position requires availability for shifts from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays. There is a possibility for additional hours during weekday day shifts, preferably on Mondays or Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care and services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MMR vaccination is required for onboarding.
• Fit Test completion is mandatory.
• Hepatitis B vaccination is required for onboarding.
• Influenza vaccine is mandatory for onboarding.
• TB Test completion is necessary for onboarding.
• Annual TB Questionnaire is required for onboarding.
• Physical/Health Statement must be submitted for onboarding.
• Driver's License/State ID is required for onboarding.
• Varicella vaccination is required for onboarding.
