Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services. Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions. Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area. Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service. Valid driver’s license. 1+ year of automotive service/advisor role; or 1-2+ years of sales & or customer service experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Phone skills Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions. Ability to work days, Saturdays, and some holidays. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
