Job Title
The role involves a variety of responsibilities including:
Analyzing program content, developing, planning, and setting milestones to ensure consistency with semi-annual, annual, and long-range objectives.
Establishing and maintaining accurate and complete records concerning trainee education as required by the ACGME/RC.
Ensuring GME programs are compliant with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Institutional and program-specific Review Committee (RC) requirements.
Analyzing program content and developing both short and long-term plans.
Representing Program Director(s) of the GME Program(s) at meetings attended by representatives of the Sponsoring Institutions, DHA GME, DoD agencies.
Interpreting regulations, policies, guidance, and course directives.
Devising time-phased strategic and/or operational support plans for the planning and coordination of GME program objectives.
Composng correspondence and reports, preparing memoranda, agendas, schedules, contracts, and course materials for all trainees and medical students.
