About the Role

The Female Spa Attendant plays an essential role in delivering a luxury spa experience by creating a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for guests. As part of the Spa team, this position is responsible for maintaining locker room and spa facilities, assisting guests throughout their spa journey, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests to the spa and provide a thorough orientation of the women's locker room and spa facilities.
• Maintain immaculate locker rooms, relaxation areas, fitness spaces, and spa amenities throughout the day.
• Stock linens, robes, towels, guest supplies, and amenities to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Prepare and replenish beverages, refreshments, and wellness offerings throughout the spa.
• Assist guests with questions regarding spa services, facilities, and equipment.
• Support spa therapists and reception teams with operational needs and guest requests.
• Monitor spa facilities and promptly report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and contribute to an exceptional luxury experience.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, fitness, or luxury service environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to remain organized and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Schedule & Hours

• This is an on-call position
• Hours may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
