Collaborate with clients to achieve their business objectives. Requirements Three to six years of relevant experience in corporate transactions. Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements. Proficiency in drafting complex legal documents. Admitted to the Nevada Bar. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Admission to the Nevada Bar. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
