ExecuSource is seeking a Collections Specialist to join a fast-paced outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehab practice in Manhattan focused on delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence. What you get to do:
- Manage insurance and patient collections to improve A/R performance
- Follow up on unpaid claims through calls, portals, and carrier systems
- Communicate professionally with patients regarding balances
- Document collection activity accurately and thoroughly
- Identify and resolve delinquent accounts
- Collaborate with front desk and insurance teams
- Post payments and reconcile accounts
- Track performance metrics using Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling collections and payment conversations
- Collections or revenue cycle experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Competitive base pay + commission potential
