Outreach Coordinator

Job Description Interlingva Interpreting is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to support our interpreter recruitment and scheduling coverage efforts. This role blends candidate sourcing, outreach, and administrative coordination — helping the Talent Acquisition team identify, engage, screen, and onboard qualified interpreters while keeping day-to-day recruitment operations running smoothly. Qualifications Experience with recruitment or sourcing, including using social media and community research to locate candidates Comfortable managing a high volume of calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy and poise Skilled in maintaining candidate and interpreter databases and records in an organized, up to date manner Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computerized scheduling or management systems Strong interpersonal, phone, and email etiquette Able to work independently with sound judgment, as well as collaboratively with the scheduling and HR teams Detail oriented, dependable, and adaptable to shifting priorities Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Bilingual preferred (English plus a second language) About Us Interlingva is a professional interpreting and translation agency providing services across the United States.
