The Opportunity We're hiring a Product Manager to own payments across our B2B2C platform and marketplace. Our payment system has processed $70M+ in total payment volume to date, and it's a core revenue driver we're doubling down on as we scale internationally. You'll own the full transaction lifecycle — subscriptions, payouts, refunds, disputes, fraud, and billing — across web and mobile, for a global base of coaches and their clients. You'll report directly to the co-founders, and your roadmap will directly move revenue, retention, and international expansion. What you'll do Own the product roadmap for payments, fraud, and billing across our B2B2C product and marketplace Design and optimize the full lifecycle of a transaction — from registration through checkout, settlement, and coach payout Drive key metrics: checkout conversion, payout reliability, fraud and dispute rates, involuntary churn from billing failures Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to ship quickly and responsibly Talk to coaches and clients weekly — understand edge cases and build for scale Build for a global user base from day one: multi-currency, local payment methods, cross-border payouts Identify where AI can automate payments workflows — fraud detection, dispute handling, billing recovery — and ship it Required 3–5+ years as a PM directly owning payments, billing, payouts, or fraud systems at a SaaS or marketplace company — you've been accountable for money movement, not payments-adjacent analytics Hands‑on experience with payment infrastructure: processors and orchestration (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Braintree), chargebacks and disputes, reconciliation, PCI scope, KYC/onboarding flows Experience in a two‑sided or business‑in‑a‑box environment — you understand payouts to sellers/suppliers, not just consumer checkout A track record moving payments metrics you can cite specifically: conversion, auth rates, payout reliability, fraud loss, billing churn A high bar for UX in high‑stakes moments — checkout, failed payments, refunds Nice to have A genuine connection to fitness or wellness — as an athlete, gym regular, coach, or someone who's lived the problem our coaches solve Experience with global/cross‑border payments and local payment methods Fluency using AI in your own workflow and curiosity about AI in payments — we're building Jarvis, our AI fitness coach assistant, and AI runs through everything we ship Startup or hypergrowth experience — you operate like an owner and are comfortable jumping into Figma, Jira, Confluence, analytics, or QA Why Join Everfit Own the payments engine behind 280,000+ coaches and millions of clients worldwide Report directly to the co‑founders with real autonomy on a revenue‑critical roadmap Join a collaborative, global team — including our annual company retreat in Vietnam Competitive comp, equity, and benefits If you're ready to build the payments engine powering the future of fitness and wellness, let's talk. #J-18808-Ljbffr Everfit
