Scheduler - Healthcare
Pay: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a dependable Scheduler to coordinate employee schedules and help ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
Responsibilities:- Maintain employee schedules using the facility scheduling system
- Coordinate coverage for open shifts and schedule changes
- Communicate with employees regarding staffing needs
- Track attendance, tardiness, and call-offs
- Answer phones, process mail and emails, and perform general administrative duties
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Previous scheduling experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
