Tech - Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Echo Tech to perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations. This role involves working dayshift, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms and ultrasound procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal image quality.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Document and report findings accurately in patient records.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Echo Tech or Sonographer.
• Current certification or registration in diagnostic medical sonography.
• Proven ability to operate ultrasound and echocardiogram equipment effectively.
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clinical teams.
• Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain meticulous documentation.
