We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who is passionate about aesthetics, patient hospitality, and clinical excellence to join our elite team.
Schedule
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- Weekend : 1st Saturday of the month preferred (optional/flexible) .
- Enjoy fixed mid-week days off (Wednesdays and Fridays) standard Sundays off.
What You’ll Do
- Chairside Excellence: Provide high-level, 4 Handed Dentistry during complex cosmetic procedures, including porcelain veneers, full-mouth reconstructions, implants, and smile designs.
- Patient Concierge: Welcome patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, explain complex cosmetic procedures clearly, and ensure luxury-level comfort throughout their visit.
- Advanced Imaging & Impressions: Capture precise digital x-rays, intraoral camera images, and accurate digital scans or traditional impressions for cosmetic lab cases.
- Clinical Preparation: Set up, break down, and thoroughly sterilize treatment rooms and dental instruments according to strict safety protocols.
- Patient Education: Deliver exceptional post-operative instructions and educate patients on maintaining their new aesthetic smiles.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Soft Skills: Immaculate professional appearance, exceptional verbal communication, and a polished hospitality mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with dental software (Dentrix,) and digital intraoral scanners (iTero) is a plus.
