Competitive Per Diem Pay: **$55–$65/hour DOE** Flexible Scheduling Supportive Interdisciplinary Team Rewarding Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Environment Opportunity to Positively Impact Residents and Families Collaborative Workplace Focused on Compassionate Care## What You’ll DoAs a Speech Language Pathologist at The Pines at Placerville, you will:* Evaluate residents to determine speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy needs* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans* Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams* Educate residents and caregivers on aspiration prevention, communication strategies, and maintenance programs* Participate in care conferences, rehabilitation meetings, and utilization reviews* Maintain accurate and compliant documentation* Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFY) and students as applicable* Assist with staff education and restorative nursing training* Help residents maximize independence, safety, and quality of life## Qualifications* Current California Speech Language Pathologist License* New grads encouraged to apply* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred* CPR Certification if required by licensure* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred* Familiarity with Net Health and Point Click Care is a plus## Join a Team That CaresAt The Pines at Placerville, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people.
