Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (18:30–07:00) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through all LDRP roles including Labor, Triage, and Postpartum/Mother-Baby care
• Manage 1–2 laboring patients per assignment in the Labor setting
• Care for 3–4 couplets in the Postpartum/Mother-Baby setting
• Participate in on-call hours as determined by staffing needs, typically averaging 16–20 hours per 6-week schedule
• Work some holidays and weekends as required per unit scheduling policy
• Float to other units in rotation with staff in accordance with facility floating policies and clinical experience

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery / LDRP experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current AWHONN certification
• Current FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with OB surgical recovery, including C-section recovery
• Comfort and flexibility rotating across Labor, Triage, and Mother-Baby postpartum care within an LDRP model
