Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury Law Firm

Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore area)

Rack Law Group is a Personal Injury law firm located in Phoenix, AZ. The firm focuses on motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases, and is seeking 2 full-time litigation attorneys.

Compensation & Benefits:

· $250,000 base + Bonuses

Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills/Requirements:

In order to adequately perform the tasks requested, this position will require the candidate to possess the following qualifications, responsibilities, and skills/requirements:

Qualifications:

· Must be a licensed Arizona attorney in good standing with the Arizona State Bar

· At least 5 consecutive years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience

· In-depth knowledge of Arizona court rules and procedures

· Extremely proficient in drafting pleadings and motions, and propounding discovery

· Extremely proficient and well versed in preparing for and conducting depositions, court hearings, ADR, settlement conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and trials

· Substantial experience with negotiations

Responsibilities:

· Handle all litigation aspects of a personal injury case that is not settled in pre-litigation

Skills/Requirements:

· Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment

· Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and timely meet strict deadlines

· Strategic minded

· Effective planning and execution ability

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
