Registered Nurse - Per-Diem

Waverly's Registered Nurses lead by fostering a supportive and nurturing environment and delivering high standards of quality care. Daily responsibilities include: Managing daily care of residents in skilled nursing/personal care Ensuring delivery of quality services and programs to meet resident expectations Effectively communicating with families, medical personnel, and other team members as needed Ensuring required paperwork, records, MDS, and reports are accurate and timely Following procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, HIPAA, and infection control requirements Advocating for residents to ensure their needs are communicated and addressed with the care team Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop plans to ensure best possible outcomes Performing other duties to support the effective operations of the healthcare department Our Per‑Diem Registered Nurses are required to work a minimum of 3 shifts per month and one holiday per year. Pennsylvania RN license is required. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.
