Network Operations Manager

Managing operational aspects of active networks across multiple states, the full-time salaried Network Operations Manager will oversee NOC management, outage response, and scheduled maintenance activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for network-related issues and escalations from other departments or customers Manage incidents, emergency maintenance activities, and urgent customer requests on a 24/7 basis to ensure timely responses Oversee scheduled maintenance activities, including the preparation of MOPs and coordination with customers Required qualifications 5+ years' experience in fiber network operations with prior supervisory experience Thorough understanding of fiber network troubleshooting, repair, maintenance procedures, and security protocols Experience with network infrastructure management platforms such as ArcGIS and Zoho CRM Proficiency in preparing MOPs and customer presentations with a focus on analytics Experience communicating with high-profile customers during emergency maintenance events
