Join our team to bring top-quality finishes and craftsmanship to our RV restoration and repair projects. Responsibilities: * Prepare RV surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming. * Apply BASF Sikkens brand paints with precision to achieve high-quality finishes. * Perform fiberglass repair and preparation work to restore structural integrity and aesthetics. * Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate and consistent results. * Operate and maintain painting equipment, such as spray guns and compressors. * Inspect completed paint jobs to ensure adherence to quality standards. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. * Install bolt on exterior body components related to collision repair. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and environmental standards. Requirements * Qualifications: * Proven experience as an RV Painter or automotive painter specializing in BASF & Sikkens paints. * Strong expertise in fiberglass repair and preparation techniques. * Knowledge of paint mixing, blending, and application processes. * Attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch work. * Familiarity with spray booths, safety equipment, and painting tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods. * Preferred Skills: * Certification or training in automotive/RV painting techniques. * Knowledge of industry standards and environmental regulations. * Experience in custom paint jobs or designs is a plus.
