Shift - 1st shift - 6am-6pm Sun-Wed/Sun-Tues alternating

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and reliable operation of production electrical testing equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance independently
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with minimal supervision
• Identify equipment issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions
• Accurately document maintenance work, downtime, and repairs in CMMS systems
• Follow and continuously improve standard work procedures and maintenance practices
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, and engineers to resolve equipment issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and actively support safety initiatives

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in related field. Technical or vocational training with certificate OR
• 5-8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment OR
• 4 years military service in a related field
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and documenting work orders
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and standard computer skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with conveyors, automated systems, or electrical test equipment
• Experience participating in root cause analysis or continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience troubleshooting automation systems, such as VFDs, Servos, PLCs, and Robotics
