On site, High Rise Condominium in Destin, The right candidate for this position must possess an active

Florida Community Association Manager license and have three to five years of Direct Association

experience. As an Association Manage you will regularly interact with and act as liaison with Board

members, homeowners, and contractors. Duties will include all aspects of project management,

property inspections and maintenance and Association administration duties. Professional communications

skills and being able to regularly inspect property is required. Speaking, reading, writing English

is required. Proficiency in computer programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows and

Quick books required. Salary Based on experience.
