Customer Service TechnicianLocation: Quincy, IL (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Position Type: Temp-to-HireJoin Our Team!We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Technician to join our team in Quincy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and support to customers.Assist customers with order inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.Utilize customer management and order processing systems to support daily operations.QualificationsCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Positive attitude and professionalism when assisting customers, including those experiencing order-related frustrations.Previous customer service experience required.Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP systems preferred.What We OfferCompetitive pay: $20-$22 per hourMonday-Friday work schedule with no weekendsOpportunity for permanent employmentSupportive team environment and opportunities for growthApply today and take the next step in your customer service career!
