Contract | Days | 10-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM–6:30 PM or 8:30 AM–7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients requiring Physical Therapy services across a wide variety of diagnoses
• Provide direct Physical Therapy treatment as part of an interdisciplinary team in an acute inpatient setting
• Deliver patient, family, and caregiver education related to treatment plans and therapeutic goals
• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and strong interpersonal and communication skills

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Prior inpatient Physical Therapy experience required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local travelers are not eligible)

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Experience working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary clinical team
