Removal Defense Paralegal

We are looking for a Removal Paralegal to directly support attorneys with immigration and removal defense cases. The position involves legal drafting, document review, client interviews, research, case analysis, and coordination with legal assistants and internal teams. Strong organization, bilingual communication skills, legal judgment, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment are required. Candidates who thrive in a dynamic setting and can contribute to successful legal outcomes are ideal. Responsibilities Drafting and reviewing legal documents and declarations Conducting in‑depth interviews with clients Performing thorough research and investigative work to verify facts Preparing legal arguments and preparing case records Managing and supporting legal assistants, coordinating workloads Reviewing legal documents and reports for accuracy Conducting legal research and preparing case analysis Communicating with clients and immigration agencies Maintaining accurate case records and databases Responding to case-related inquiries from attorneys, legal assistants, and other departments Supervising the activities of one or more legal assistants #J-18808-Ljbffr
