Position Title: Financial Advisor This role seeks a motivated financial advisor eager to establish a successful book of business. The firm is focused on growth and innovation, providing an opportunity for the advisor to work closely with leadership and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment while maintaining a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Daily responsibilities will involve both lead generation and proactive outreach, ensuring a balanced approach to client acquisition. - Manage a portfolio of both unaccredited and accredited investors
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored investment solutions
- Build new client relationships through networking, referrals, and strategic business development initiatives
- Provide clear, compliant communication and education to clients on complex investment opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, investment execution, and ongoing client service
- Meet and exceed growth and revenue targets while upholding fiduciary standards
- Active licenses (Series 65/66 or equivalent)
- 3-5 years of experience as a financial advisor within advisory or investment sales for RIA or broker-dealer
- Strong knowledge of securities regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for growth and achievement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Must be driven for growth and excited to make money
- An out-of-the-box entrepreneurial mindset is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Life and health license is preferred
- Medical insurance with 60% coverage
