Packing Associate

Packer Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. The Packer will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

1st Shift Monday-Friday

Hours: 6am til work is completed

• Must have knowledge on how to measure down to a 16th
• Selecting and packing foam products into appropriate containers/bags based on customer orders or shipping requirements
• Ensuring products are properly labeled and marked with relevant information, such as order numbers, quantities, and destination
• Inspecting products for damage or defects before packaging and ensuring they meet quality standards
• Moving materials within the warehouse or production facility, potentially using equipment like forklifts or pallet jack
• Working with order processing systems to pull and pack products based on customer requests
• Preparing foam for packaging, which might involve cutting, shaping, or otherwise modifying the foam

Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse environment is a plus.
