We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmaceutical Batcher to join our growing team in Carlstadt, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial mixing and blending equipment to manufacture high-quality pharmaceutical products while adhering to strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food manufacturing, or other regulated production environments and possess a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr and up (Based on Experience and Interview)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials, powders, liquids, and active ingredients according to batch specifications.
• Follow Master Batch Records (MBRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure precise product formulation.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial mixing, blending, and granulation equipment.
• Record production data, including weights, temperatures, mixing times, and processing parameters, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Perform in-process quality checks, including sampling and testing to verify product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment while following strict sanitation and contamination control procedures.
• Execute cleaning and sterilization protocols between production batches.
• Adhere to all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Properly utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when necessary.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Warehouse teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food manufacturing, nutraceutical, or related production environments preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and batch records with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Comfortable working with industrial equipment, chemicals, and required safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
