Strategic Purchasing Coordinator

Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support the Director of Purchasing. You will coordinate with division managers to meet procurement needs, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and GBRA policies. Responsibilities include conducting data mining to analyze spend, coordinating data for asset dispositions, and training GBRA staff on purchasing requirements.
