Human Resources Business Partner II

Position Summary:

The Human Resource Business Partner is a generalist with a heavy emphasis on workforce development, and employee relations. The Human Resources Business Partner II is the go-to person for all employee-related issues.

Program Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

• Consults with line management and provide daily HR guidance

• Analyzes trends and metrics with the HR department

• Resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances

• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

• Provides HR policy guidance

• Monitors and reports on workforce and succession planning

• Identifies training needs for teams and individuals

• Evaluates training programs

• Suggests new HR strategies

• Nurtures a positive work environment.

• Ensures legal compliance throughout HR Management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

One of the following combinations of education and employment experience must be met in order to be considered for the position:

Education And Experience:

• BA/BS in affiliated field or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare and operations, increasing HR responsibilities
