We are committed to maintaining a diverse workforce and providing employment opportunities to veterans and individuals who have a disability.JOB SUMMARY: This Revenue Specialist II - Child Support Case Processing Analyst position, on the Judicial Actions Team, performs customer support and attends Court for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with customers and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:Initiating and responding to requestsCoordinating with internal and external partnersResearching and resolving case issuesGathering information and analyzing case data to determine next stepsAssisting customersPreparing for and attending CourtInteracting with legal services providers, other states, employers, and other business partnersMaking decisions based on case information and provided documentationMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Experience processing information using a computer system. Experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions. Experience communicating with others to gather information. Relevant education may substitute for the required experience.SPECIAL NOTES: This position may require travel for court attendance. Full-time (40 hours per week) position; standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday. This role may be eligible for part-time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.SALARY: $38,760.36 - $45,004.08 / annually BENEFITS: Benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance, life insurance, tuition waivers, paid sick and personal leave, 10 paid holidays annually, retirement savings, and vision and dental insurance.
