Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Jenison, Michigan Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Home Looking for a BCBA role in a supportive and growth-oriented environment? Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress. Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians. Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills. Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements. Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.
