Job Summary: QualDerm Partners is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Asset Management Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment and is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in information technology, hardware deployment, asset management, and technical support. This individual will play a key role in supporting the lifecycle of IT equipment across a growing multi-state organization by helping manage inventory, prepare and deploy devices, organize technical workspaces, and assist with day-to-day operational projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional interested in building foundational IT experience while working alongside experienced technology professionals in a collaborative and growth-focused environment. Regular Part Time: Less than 26 hours per week Responsibilities: Clean, organize, configure, and prepare computers, monitors, scanners, printers, and other IT equipment Tag and label hardware assets according to company inventory procedures Assist with inventory tracking, asset audits, and updating equipment records Help deploy, collect, and relocate laptops, desktops, peripherals, and office workstations Organize storage rooms, cable management systems, and IT supply areas Package and prepare equipment for shipping, recycling, or disposal Perform basic troubleshooting and technical support under supervision Assist with software installations, imaging, and system updates as directed Maintain cleanliness and organization within IT workspaces and staging areas Support the IT team with additional operational, technical, and administrative projects as assigned Qualifications: Currently enrolled in high school or pursuing a degree (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or recent graduate.
