Must-Haves:

• 5+ years Project Management experience with an electrical contractor
• Experience with healthcare and/or pharmaceutical construction projects
• Strong skills in budgeting, labor tracking, scheduling, and cost management
• Experience with change orders, subcontracts, and procurement
• Ability to review drawings/specs for pricing and execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Plusses:

• BS in Construction Management or related field
• Spectrum or estimation software experience
• VDC/BIM coordination experience
• Electrical field background
• Pre-fabrication planning experience

Day-to-Day:

• Manage full lifecycle of electrical construction projects
• Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower projections, and cost tracking
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and procurement of materials/equipment
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships
• Ensure safety, QA/QC compliance, and project documentation
• Manage material logistics, deliveries, and jobsite planning
• Provide monthly WIP reporting and financial updates
