We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of managing complex projects in the Building Automation Systems industry. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Core Responsibilities Lead the way in the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC and Building Automation projects, shaping the journey from concept to completion. Oversee the ordering, receiving, and tracking of materials for each project, ensuring resources are always at hand. Coordinate with team members as well as other departments, creating a symphony of synchronized efforts. Keep a keen eye on project timelines and quality standards, ensuring every project is a showcase of our commitment to excellence. Tackle any issues that arise, providing decisive and effective solutions, keeping projects on track. Foster an environment of continuous improvement by reviewing completed projects and identifying areas for future improvement. Other duties assigned. Qualifications Needed to Apply Demonstrated leadership qualities and a strong work ethic that inspires collaboration and teamwork. Superior time management and organizational skills that ensure efficient workflow. Excellent communication skills, facilitating clear and effective dialogues with team members and stakeholders. Self-driven with the ability to steer projects independently towards their goals. Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in HVAC, providing a solid foundation of industry knowledge. An understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, enhancing problem-solving abilities. Experience in Building Automation Controls, ensuring familiarity with key project elements. Knowledge of General Construction methods, helping to navigate the project landscape. The ability to read, understand, and apply information from technical sheets, ensuring every detail is accounted for. Proven ability to perform well under pressure, demonstrating resilience and composure. The capacity to multitask and adapt to unexpected changes, ensuring project continuity despite hurdles. A detail-oriented mindset that guarantees no task or detail is overlooked.
