Daily Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar area
- Interact with guests to provide recommendations and take orders
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Required Skills:
- Experience in bartending and fine dining service
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Knowledge of menu planning and portion control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of complaint resolution techniques
- Cash handling and cashier skills
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
