A well-established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced  Director of Nursing to lead and enhance the quality of care at multiple healthcare locations. This is a opportunity for a dedicated nursing leader passionate about senior care.

The  Director of Nursing will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement high-quality patient care initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, regulatory expertise, and a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative healthcare environment.

Oversee and manage daily clinical operations, maintaining the highest standards of resident care.
Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual resident needs.
Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to create a strong, supportive team.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies.
Collaborate with families, physicians, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Manage clinical budgets, supplies, and staffing schedules.
Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

Active RN license in New York State.
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in nursing, preferably in assisted living or long-term care.
Strong knowledge of senior care regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
