Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician
• Apply the nursing process to collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
• Direct and supervise nursing support staff in the provision of patient care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or valid Multi-State Compact RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ACLS certification
• Stroke certification
• Telemetry certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry clinical setting
