This is a part-time role that includes greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and preparing and assembling menu items according to company standards. Team Members help maintain a clean and organized dining and kitchen area, restock supplies, and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. The role also involves working collaboratively with coworkers, supporting drive-thru or front counter operations as needed, and delivering a positive guest experience at all times.QualificationsAbility to provide attentive, courteous guest service and communicate clearly with customers and team members.Basic cash-handling skills and comfort using point-of-sale (POS) systems for orders and payments.Capability to follow food preparation procedures, portioning, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to perform cleaning, stocking, and general maintenance tasks to uphold restaurant cleanliness.Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Strong teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and readiness to learn new responsibilities. xhyhwjd Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.
