- Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, communicate with carriers and drivers regarding pickup/delivery times, and resolve freight exceptions or delays as they arise on the warehouse floor.
- Prepare, verify, and process shipping documentation including bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, delivery receipts, and freight claims in accordance with company and carrier requirements.
- Collaborate with warehouse associates and supervisors to ensure orders are picked, packed, staged, and ready for dispatch within established timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment activity, carrier performance, and inventory movements using warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics software.
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics coordination role; hands-on familiarity with freight and shipping operations required.
- Ability to work in a physical warehouse environment, including standing for extended periods, and comfort operating near warehouse equipment and high-traffic dock areas.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize shipments, and coordinate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be Bilingual
- Schedule: Full Time - Monday - Sunday
- Pay: $16.00 P/H
