Job Summary:

A thriving distribution operation in Homestead, FL is on the lookout for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to join their team on the warehouse floor! In this role, you will be the go-to person for coordinating inbound and outbound freight activity - scheduling carrier pickups and deliveries, managing shipping documentation, communicating with drivers and vendors, and ensuring that every shipment departs accurately and on time. You will work side by side with warehouse associates and supervisors to bridge the gap between the floor and the supply chain, keeping operations tight, efficient, and on schedule. Requirements:

• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, communicate with carriers and drivers regarding pickup/delivery times, and resolve freight exceptions or delays as they arise on the warehouse floor.
• Prepare, verify, and process shipping documentation including bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, delivery receipts, and freight claims in accordance with company and carrier requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse associates and supervisors to ensure orders are picked, packed, staged, and ready for dispatch within established timeframes.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment activity, carrier performance, and inventory movements using warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics software.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics coordination role; hands-on familiarity with freight and shipping operations required.
• Ability to work in a physical warehouse environment, including standing for extended periods, and comfort operating near warehouse equipment and high-traffic dock areas.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize shipments, and coordinate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be Bilingual

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: Full Time - Monday - Sunday
• Pay: $16.00 P/H
