Onsite Role (4 days a week) Responsibilities:
- Looking for a Product Owner with strong experience delivering Agile products in federally governed environments
- Skilled at translating mission requirements, security controls, and compliance obligations into a prioritized
- Execution ready backlog, and capable of driving value delivery while operating within formal governance, audit, and regulatory constraints.
- Creating a product road map based on this vision
- Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining technical documentation
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Working with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
- Must have 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- In-depth knowledge of Agile Development Methodology
- Familiarity with project management tools and software such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and a familiarity with using/implementing AI tools
