We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our nursing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care while helping maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, positioning, and mobility assistance.

• Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, weights, and resident care documentation.

• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with kindness and professionalism.

• Assist residents during mealtimes and monitor meal and fluid intake.

• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.

• Maintain resident rooms and care areas in a clean, organized, and safe manner.

• Support restorative nursing programs and collaborate with healthcare team members.

• Follow infection control, safety, confidentiality, and facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) License.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.

• Ability to assist in resident transfers and emergency evacuations when necessary.

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
