Sign on BONUS $1,000 (3 years experience with verified work)

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and self-motivated individual to join our company. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects in both commercial (primarily grocery stores) and residential settings.

Work Includes (but is not limited to):

• Fixture setting and shelving installation
• Building maintenance and general repairs
• Small repairs such as:
• • Ceramic, porcelain, VCT tile work
  • Door and hardware repair/replace
  • Drywall patching and finishing
  • Ceiling grid & tiles
• Rough and finish carpentry
• New installs
• • Trim work
  • Doors (Steel & Wood)
  • Flooring (LVP, Ceramic, VCT etc.)
  • Cabinetry and other similar interior tasks
• Problem solving on various job sites

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in carpentry, maintenance, and related trades
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation (Lead positions receive company van)
• Required: Personal tools (a list will be provided)
• • Specialty tools (large value) will be company provided

Schedule & Pay Details:

• Flexible schedule required. Standard start time is 7:00 AM on-site , with roughly 8 hours per day , though hours may vary depending on the project.
• Overtime is typically available weekly (after 40hrs a week)
• No weekend work
• Approximately 15 short night shifts per year (paid at double time ) optional
• Paid drive time (portal to portal....home...job...home)
• 90-day performance and wage review
