Previous experience in managing both inpatient and outpatient advanced heart failure services at a tertiary care medical center ? M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic Schoo*l* ? Board Certified in Cardiology and Board Certified/Eligible in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology ?
