If you're currently working at a quick service shop and want a progressive career path, this is your opportunity.

At our Ford dealership’s Quick Lane, you’ll do what you already know—oil changes, tire rotations, basic maintenance—but with better structure, support, and growth potential.

What You’ll Do

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
Replace filters, wiper blades, batteries, and bulbs
Check and top off fluids
Inspect brakes and tires
Maintain a clean and efficient work area
Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

Experience in oil changes or quick service (lube shops welcome)
Basic automotive knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver’s license
