Job Description:

Responsible for developing and executing center-level strategic priorities that align with both corporate and regional system goals. This position leads center managers and teams to meet performance standards and deliver consumer-centric urgent and occupational services. This role ensures outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all stakeholders. In addition, this position oversees the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the centers. This role collaborates with various departments to support the overall mission.

• Actively promotes team building, employee engagement, patient satisfaction, and a culture of safety for employees and patients, developing and maintaining a highly engaged workforce.

• Facilitates and maintains relationships with corporate clients and their employees.

• Provides leadership and oversight for day-to-day operations through center managers to foster mission and culture, maintain operational standards, and achieve performance benchmarks.

• Demonstrates competency in expected leadership standards, including communication, organization, production, team building, innovation, staff development, and role modeling.

• Supports clinical performance improvement activities and contributes to the overall improvement of the organization.

• Collaborates with operations and facilities team leaders to ensure alignment with strategic plans.

• Assists in the development of annual operating and capital budgets to meet program needs and aligns center budgets with the organization's fiscal goals. Participates in process and performance improvement and assists in developing action plans to improve patient care and essential processes, including staffing effectiveness.

• Actively participates in decision-making committees at all levels, resulting in performance improvements.

• Embraces and seeks continual learning and improvement for self and employees. Serves as a community resource for center-related information.

• Responds to the needs of patients and clients and takes necessary action to ensure efficient, quality, and compassionate patient care.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) with the competence to utilize these tools effectively in a professional setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare services, practices, medical terminology, medical billing, and coding, ensuring a solid foundation in healthcare administration and operations.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to diverse audiences including staff, leadership, physicians, patients, vendors, and community members.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.

• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, make professional decisions, and propose recommendations that align with organizational goals and culture, including the ability to manage change effectively.

• Ability to diagnose issues, develop cohesive solutions, and influence and guide all levels of management, demonstrating leadership presence and a visionary approach to achieving organizational objectives.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the capability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective time management and attention to detail.

• Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform detailed organizational tasks, analyze complex issues, and implement successful resolution tactics.

• Ability to effectively manage, lead, and develop high-performing teams, setting high standards of performance and holding individuals accountable for achieving deliverables.

Work Experience:

• 1+ years of progressive management and/or prior director level leadership experience over clinical throughput driven departments [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (R.T.(MR)ARRT)) [Preferred]

• Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) [Preferred]
