We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Case Manager / Resources Navigator to join our team in Covina, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, providing support to families in need while enjoying a flexible schedule and a fun team environment. Daily Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify client needs Connect clients with community resources such as ebt, SSI, and IHSS Provide social work services, including mental health coping. Work with clients with co-occurring disorders including mental health. Develop safety plans and provide support to clients and families Ability to follow required siganture pages and turn in notes every 2 weeks. Required Skills: Experience in social services or human services field Knowledge of community resources (IHSS, EBT, low income resources, SSI) Ability to conduct home visits and maintain detailed case notes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills: Able to write in Spanish Experience with Background in mental health Technical Skills: Proficiency in CPR Valid driver's license and clean background check Salary and Benefits: The minimum salary for this position is $24,000, with the potential to earn up to $40,000. In addition, we offer 401(k) and 403(b) benefits to our employees.
