Tax Senior, M&A TAS: Deals & Due Diligence
BDO USA
BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior in Transaction Advisory Services to guide due diligence, structuring and tax analysis for M&A deals. You will work with cross‑functional teams across offices to deliver timely, accurate tax insights and support deal closures. The role requires strong tax research skills, knowledge of US GAAP and federal/state tax provisions, plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
