Rise Services, Inc. is hiring for a Family Support Specialist in the Phoenix, AZ area. The role is remote with occasional in-office work from the Surprise, AZ office, delivering family connections and nurturing parenting programs with in-home case management and supportive services to families. You will coordinate services, meet with families, and support positive outcomes.
