Description

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an outpatient setting requiring 2+ years of experience and TN licensure.

Details

• Outpatient setting serving pediatric and adult patients
• Patients seen on a 1:1 basis
• Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekly guaranteed hours of 37.5
• Weekend rotation on an every-other basis
• Float requirements include outpatient adult/pediatrics and minimal acute hospital support as needed
• No call requirements

Requirements

• Current TN OT license required if applicable
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of OT experience required
• Must pass Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to assignment start

Additional Information

• Treat diverse diagnoses including musculoskeletal, neuro (CVA, Parkinson's), and pediatric developmental delays and autism
• Part of a 2 hospital system serving the Athens and Etowah community
• Work under supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation Services
• Scrubs of any color acceptable, professional appearance required, no open-toed shoes, hoodies, or casual wear
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered for travel assignment
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
